To process contractual relationships as part of property management (for third parties), including data created and archived using automated means for these purposes. Text documents.

What categories of data do we process:
Contact details (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) and data that are required for identification and for processing contractual relationships (account and payment data, contract and property data, correspondence)
How long do we store data:
The data is stored for the duration of a contractual relationship and after its termination at least as long as statutory retention periods exist or limitation periods for potential legal claims have not yet expired.
To whom do we pass on data further:
We only store and process the personal data transmitted or disclosed to us insofar as it is related to the processing of a contractual relationship within the scope of property management. Data is only passed on to the minimum extent necessary insofar as it is necessary for the contract processing, is based on a legal basis or there is a legitimate interest in the business transaction of those involved (third parties). Possible recipients can be: (potential) contractual partners (landlords), responsible specialist departments of the property management or companies in the group, private and public bodies that can or need to disclose information in connection with the contract object, financing companies, insurance companies; tax offices and other authorities, tax consultants and legal representatives (when enforcing rights or defending claims or in the context of official procedures); companies that are commissioned to maintain our internal IT infrastructure (software, hardware); commissioned professionals/service providers (e.g. contacting us to repair damage); Brokers, interested parties, buyers, investors (legitimate interest in selling the property); owners/property management in the context of termination/handover of administrative tasks.
Under no circumstances will data be passed on for advertising purposes or similar. Our employees and our service providers are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.

Collected by clients, contractual partners or even in connection with the business relationship.
Transfer to recipients in a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization is not intended. There is no automated decision-making (profiling). The provision of data is necessary so that contractual relationships can be carried out properly.
